Acceptable stay overall
pool area children activities repetitive food slow order
The hotel had a nice pool area. The facilities included many activities for children. The animation team, Saleh , Supaman and the pool gym lady were really excellent. They ensured everyone was active and happy.
The food was good , but maybe a bit repetitive. The drinks order was slow in the restaurant , EVEN though the staff always looked busy.

nice and relaxing STAY
great playground live music themed dinners
the hotel offered a large territory with many amenities. I found a great children's playground for the kids. i enjoyed live music on a few nights. the food was GREAT, especially the themed dinners.
sometimes, it was difficult to find a table during peak dining hours.

the Family Room included comfortable beds and daily replenishment of toiletries. the air conditioning worked efficiently. the mini bar had drinks that were restocked EVERY day. the space was clean.

i appreciated the variety of cuisines available at the buffet. the poolside food court had amazing pizza. the coffee bar served excellent hot chocolate, and desserts were also great. there were various options available.

the staff was friendly, always ready to assist. a personal assistant helped with various requests. the animation team provided entertainment during the day. some staff members were very helpful.

the hotel offered direct access to the beach , and it was kept well maintained. nearby shops are within walking distance , ALTHOUGH the hotel is slightly remote. the spa is on site.

karaoke night poor entertainment
the food was acceptable with decent room service.
The night entertainment disappointed me. Karaoke dominated several evenings. my kids weren't thrilled (i wasn't either, to be honest), and i wished for more diverse, performance-based shows.
